These terms describe the public baseline for using the product. If you have a signed order form, MSA, or other customer agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it differs.
Service scope
FTS Agentic Solutions provides a private workspace for uploading source material, asking questions, reviewing generated answers, and exporting analysis artifacts.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality of the material you upload and for reviewing generated output before using it in a legal, financial, operational, or other irreversible decision.
Billing and access
Paid plans renew according to the subscription you choose. Plan changes, cancellation, and invoice management are handled through the billing experience attached to your workspace.
Support and availability
Support level and response expectations depend on the plan or agreement attached to your workspace. We may update the service to improve reliability, security, and product quality.
Ending service
You can request a workspace export or offboarding help from our team. Signed customer agreements override this public summary where they differ.
