Send the workspace hostname, project name, and the rough time the issue happened. That gives us the shortest path from report to resolution.

Product support

Include your workspace name, affected project, and a short description of what went wrong so we can investigate quickly.

Include the billing email or Stripe customer reference from the Billing page and we will route it to the right person.

Mark the subject line as Security and include the hostname, a safe reproduction path, and any time-sensitive impact you have observed.
