This page is the public summary of how we handle workspace data. If you need a signed DPA, security review, or customer-specific terms, contact us and we will work through that process with you.
What we collect
We store the account details needed to sign you in, the files you upload to your workspace, the questions you ask, the generated outputs you keep, and the billing records required to run your subscription.
How we use it
We use workspace data to answer your questions, generate artifacts, secure access to your team, measure usage, and investigate support issues when you ask for help.
How access is controlled
Workspace access is tied to authenticated users and the organization attached to that workspace. We do not publish workspace data or make it available across customer workspaces.
Retention and deletion
We retain workspace content for as long as your workspace is active, subject to any signed agreement you have with us. If you need an export or deletion workflow, contact support and we will handle it with you directly.
